So, what else is new?
This is just more of the same, going back to when Bill Gates stiffed MITS on
Altair BASIC. You can tell Microsoft "friends". They're the ones
with a knife in their back.

The DOJ is totally overreaching. To
say that this case has
no merit and no substance would be a grossly understated
criticism.

Privacy Lawyers Sell Out Facebook Users for $10 Million
What Federal Judge is going to be needing to approve this (in California).
Based on PJ's observation... "not until age 18, in most states, can a minor
act in a legal contract (parental knowlege or not). So, at this time, is it
possible for anyone else to step forward and oppose this settlement?
Or at least someone should write a letter to the Judge that will be looking this
settlement over?

The board of directors probably just wanted out of the business (while ensuring
their pockets aren't affected) and is using Microsoft to try fool investors into
this farce while they pull out.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
