That is the funniest post I've seen in a long time.
I appreciate the explanation of the recent SCOTUS decision.
But this is really the crux of what is wrong with legal solutions to social
problems.
We have a legal framework which lays out in some degree what the federal
government can do. But people who operate the government want more power, so
they pass laws by finding loopholes and twisted constructions that fit within
the framework.
So PJ, someone 60 years from now will ask that question about this law also.
