That information would be instructions for either loading your own key or
turning off "Secure Boot". Just like how
the Chromebook comes with instructions on how to flip a little switch underneath

In the case of any compliant UEFI, a signed firmware update or the platform key
(which is a totally different key to the key used to sign grub2) would be
