VICTORY! ACTA Suffers Setback. Will try again and again and again

There, I've corrected the title for you.

The EU Parilament vote is virtually meaningless as the Trade commissioner has
said so.
Unless the Belgian (He's A Belgian LAwyer who has not done a proper days work in
his life (see his bio)) Government threaten him he is free to carry on ignoring
the Parliament.
There are also reports that he'll ignore any negative ruling from the ECJ.

Then other supporters has said that whatever happens, ACTA will go ahead in the
rest of the world.

Final? I don't think so.
You can bet that the ACTA supporters are already drawing up ACTA mk2, mk3 and
mk4 in secret naturally...

This saga reminds me of a Monty Python sketch where despite losing limb after
limb, the fight went on and on and on.

Ubuntu & 'apt-get' are not the answer to Life, The Universe & Everything which
is of course, "42" or is it 1.618?
