You are assuming all bioses will have a way to turn off secure boot. I wouldn't
assume that to always be the case, even if the spec. requires it.
For ARM based systems, it won't be possible to turn of secure boot at all.

Why have people become so opposed to education?
That's part of
the problem, learning things has become a chore, rather than an
adventure in
most people's minds.
I have nothing against education and choose
(for myself) to learn things all the time.
But you need to put a business
hat on. If I'm making widgets, do I make them easy for everyone to use? Or do
I take the stand that only those willing to learn certain aspects of widgets
