Americans, so yeah... betting the guy doesn't get to see one iota of evidence.

Like in the case of Senator Stevens of Alaska. Oh, wait ...
Also, prosecutorial misconduct in death penalty cases was
one reason the Governor of Illinois put a moratorium on
executions in that state.
DOJ lawyers will no doubt push for a speedy trial to make it
harder for Mr. Dotcom's lawyers to find the exculpatory
evidence in the steaming heap the DOJ will turn over.

Radio New Zealand is reporting that the extradition hearing has been delayed and
now will not be held until next year.
