This not a case of legal error. This is a case where the CAFC deliberately and
consciously violated direct instructions from SCOTUS and deliberately refused to
follow the law. Such behaviour certainly *ought* to be an impeachable offense,

No one's suggesting removal for being wrong. The suggestion
is removal for frequent and repeated disregard for the law
they're supposed to be applying. This is "removal for cause."
And, yes. There is a process for removing such judges -
impeachment. You're as likely to see that happen as you are

Which has corrected its errors several times; yet the Federal Circuit chooses to
make the same errors again.
Yes, that DOES result in the removal of Federal Circuit judges in a functioning
