I like, but the execution needs some oversight to make sure that the ads are

Correction, though. He is a judge in England and Wales, not in the UK. There is
no federal jurisdiction in the UK (as far as I know).

Defamation and slander affect the markets, and it's good to see a judge take
action. I don't know how much difference this will actually make, but it could
be a good warning to companies that they need to stick to the truth in public
