I've had the impression it's otherwise - that he aggressively pushes his
comments to them (and not just comments but full suggested stories), not has
them poll him.

FM is easy to use for predictons. Take what FM predicts,
turn it 180, and you have the likely outcome.
It may not be what he wants, but if you view it that way he
is useful for predictions. Of course, I still prefer the
Groklaw method, base the predictions on facts, and don't
predict if the facts aren't there.
