Novell's money? -- What about the 401K

Seemed whatever SCO did, sure didn't negatively affect the judge(s). In most
cases (there were a few bright spots), SCO took advantage of a complacent
judiciary.

Novell's money? -- What about the 401K

You might find (hopefully) that the reason the Judge didn't take offence was
that he didn't get the opportunity.

Once Judge Gross accepted the bankruptcy request Judge Stewart found his hands
rather seriously tied.

Now the bankruptcy is over, someone said the bankruptcy stay is lifted. And
Judge Stewart might be mighty angry at having been handcuffed like that ... :-)

Cheers,
Wol
