kickstarter a groklaw party!
Authored by: DannyB on Tuesday, August 07 2012 @ 03:48 PM EDT
This all seemed like it would be over in 2006 after judge Kimball's third final
deadline of Dec 22, 2005 had passed for the disclosure of all allegedly misused
material.

This all seemed like it would be over soon, way back in 2007, after some
devastating rulings from judge Kimball.

It really seemed like it might be over in the week or so leading up to SCO's
September 2007 trial.

On the Friday afternoon before that trial, it seemed, naive as I was then, that
SCO's filing for bankruptcy might soon bring this to an end.

Then, as you point out, several times during bankruptcy, it seemed like this
would all be over.
