place?
That is the key concern about such agreements made
elsewhere. What is to stop Big Content from buying off ISPs,
or anybody else
for that matter? For example, what is to stop
Microsoft from paying ISPs to
give Skype packets priority
over other traffic, or Bing queries priority over
Google
queries? A small investment in any of these cases could
seriously
