Lululemon filed the suit in a Delaware court on Monday, seeking
damages and costs. It singled out two Calvin Klein "Performance" brand pants
which it said it believes are manufactured and supplied by G-III
Apparel.
Calvin Klein and G-III could not immediately be reached for comment
on Tuesday evening.
The case is Lululemon Athletica Canada Inc v. Calvin
Klein Inc et al, U.S. District Court, District of Delaware, No.
12-01034.

Just spotted this on Techdirt:
Google
Launches 'Prior Art Finder' For
Patents
One of the big complaints that people make when
others discuss how obvious or non-novel a patent is, is that
it's impossible
to go back to how the world was at the time
the patent was filed. This effort
seems to take one step in
the direction of fixing that, though the quality of
the
results will matter quite a bit. I do wonder how useful this
tool will be
in the early days (especially concerning much
older patents when there wasn't
nearly as much info online),
but I could see how it would become much more
useful in the
future, as Google both improves it and when it's searching a
much larger database of knowledge and information.
I think I
hear the sound of a million patent monkeys typing
in prior art search terms!
Ahhh, what a happy sound....

Dotcom was in court agan today trying to get funds and cars released (9 to be
sold) so that he can pay NZ$2.7M bill RadioNZ . Judge not impressed asks for details of lawyers
charges. Court has issued reserved decison that US FBI must give Mr Dotcom
evidence that will be used against him in extradition hearing. Judge says
