Samsung Actually Investing $42 Billion Worldwide even in Oz
Authored by: Anonymous on Friday, August 24 2012 @ 12:28 AM EDT
I understand that Samsung Brand is probably more recognizable
in Australia than maybe even Apple. It's seems you guys got a
Samsung store before we did too. But I don't blame them for
not putting a few in here. Because Apple would probably have a
conniption fit saying how they copied them and how they own
the American market. Along with threatening them with
Thermonuclear Weapons and Lawsuits.

But Samsung would most likely be even more successful than
Apple with far more products to offer. Just because Samsung
isn't just phones, music players and computers, like Apple.
When all we had here were Appliance Brands like Maytag, GE,
etc, you guys had Samsung Appliances vastly more popular than
other brands. Now that Samsung is also offering kitchen and
washer/dryers here. They've actually trumped these competitors
with better products and some are even made here now.

So a Samsung Store there is most likely going to be vastly
more popular there. Just because Apple too is just as foreign
if not more so in Australia and Apple had been treating
Australia as if they just were that important to them. Going
for countries with a larger potential market. Whereas Samsung
has probably the best distribution of any Global Conglomerate
in the World and they just aren't so arrogant as to thing
they're above any consumers in the World. Apple is above all
for Elitest Mentalities! ....that will hurt in the long run!

btw... Samsung is rumored to be investing over $50 Billion
Dollars in CAPEX next year, to build new stores, factories and
fabrication plants. Along with expanding R&D to over 30
markets. Apple has no factories to do that with!
