You must be talking about Microsoft's new logo.
Looking at
that logo I see a possible legal issue. In the middle of those four boxes is
clearly a plus "+" symbol. If Google were like Apple, their lawyers would be
very interested in that. Also, one of those boxes is orange and an orange juice
company that uses that same color in their logo.
As Steve Jobs said:
Don't steal our technology* invent your own.
As Steve Jobs said: Great
artists steal.
And . . . We have always been shameless about stealing great
ideas.
*technology = shapes, colors, or just anything else Apple
doesn't like that is competitive

I think Milton Bradley should sue over the logo's obvious suggestion of the
early computer game Simon. IMO (IANAL) the
trademark issue applies, in that both have a computer inside, whether its a
4-bit TMS 1000 or a 64-bit IA with so much software bloat that it performs like
a TMS 1000.

When Windows 8 bombs as predicted, they can change back, and do like SCO...

represent our products. We're not responsible for them."[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
