with the change on the language of the proposed order, I was sure the OUST was
looking to oust Cahn; I guess it did give them the option to do so.
However, it just created meaningless drama and false hope.

Presumably all motions to appoint a Chapter 7 trustee must come from the OUST.
Cahn's original motion to convert [SCOBK-1419] would have had him appointing
himself - a big no-no. The OUST was just making sure that everything was done
"by the books". Anyone who thought the OUST was unhappy with Cahn was
