Yes, the article is correct. Not sure if it will be any better. If the Federal
Appeals Circuit which currently handles patent laws appoints or are a part of
it, or it's filled with lawyer engineers who think patents are the Cat's Meow,
then were all in for a lot of trouble, and a slide further down the Rabbit Hole.
There is potential. For good, and for bad. It may be years till we know for
sure.
In the mean time expect America to get left behind. As only Germany, and New
Zealand are drinking the cool-aid. But that may change, as the Wikileaks
Consular Letters show. America the Bully. No wonder we're so hated around the
globe at a national level.
Although, I have to say, on a personal level, I've never been treated rudely in

The problem with technical juries is that technical jurors
usually have their own tech interests and agenda on the tech
issues they are deliberating on. I am not sure it will be an
