If you read his patent it's worth a lot more than Apple's.
It's a computer that records and plays back multimedia files
and has removable storage. That's pretty much every
computing device today. Some claims extend that and add an
email client, another extends it with a web browser.
But, it's susceptible to prior art because I think there
were PC's capable of storing and playing back multimedia
files with removable storage prior to 2003.
