Be careful with your "film"ing - some states have one-sided consent
while others have two-sided consent. Plus you would need something like a Borg
version of a Smiley Face ("Smile, you're on Candid Camera.") or a text
sign that says that a recording is being made.
Recording without suitable notification / consent could rebound to the point of
criminal proceedings on you and your recording being ruled inadmissible for
contract enforcement.
Wiretap laws may need to be revised in view of today's computer-based telephony
(termini, not branch exchanges). It's all too easy to record a videophone
session in this day and age.

If you're going to go to that much trouble, it's easier to just do a written
