Is about Juror's Competency As A Witness, b1 is specifically about "an
inquiry into the validity of a verdict or indictment" and them not being
able to give testimony about what went on during the jury's deliberations.
b2 seems more relevant to Samsungs side of the argument as it is the
exceptions
to b1 where the Jury can give testimony, is it possible to use the b2 section
while only putting b1 in the Table of Authorities?
