It's going to get harder and harder for her to do this now. The amount of
evidence Samsung is throwing here, for her to ignore, will only be evidence for
later appeals I'd think?
If it's as I suspect, and she's stressed about her Apple shares, and trying to
find a way to avoid her duty, all this evidence is going to force her to make
the only choices that's fair here.
I almost feel pity for Apple here; when the announcement was first made, they
must have thought the foreman was fantastic, and then every time he opened his
mouth, the lawyers must have a mounting feeling of dread and horror. His mouth
will end up getting nearly 2billion dollars kept out of Apple's hands.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I think that she may already be aware that her rulings are
being scrutinized by the public in general, but pointing out
this site may help.
Unlike others I don't think she is extremely biased, just
short tempered. Sill even if a worker is excelent in all
ways, you feel more comfortable in his work if he knows the
boss is watching.
