How was it hoter than "boiling"? - Here. The facts.

Personally, I would question the results from the Huston case since it was done
either by the plantifs attorney or a expert pay by the plantifs attourney.

Local to me (Milwaukee, WI) one of the local news agencies did that kind of
study themselves around the time of the lawsuit being discussed. Their
conclusion was exactly the opposite. The average was close to 170 degrees and
McDonalds wasn't anywhere near the hottest.

Another local news agency looked into the number and type of complaints that
McDonalds recieved about coffe temp. The result was something like two to one
for not hot enough over too hot.

Then you mean if they served coffee with a temperature above 65 degrees
centigrade ( which is enough for scolding ) they would go to jail.
We live in a crazy world but it is not that crazy.

The $800 the lady wanted was to pay the medical bills. In UK I think she would
had got it free on National Health.

Have a nice day.
