Motorola is enjoined in the US from enforcing. If Motorola Gmbh
enforces in Germany, the parent company will be in contempt in
the US for a permissible action in Germany. Just my view.
Multi-national corporation vs. intra-national justice,
I wonder why we haven't heard this happening before.

Is that true?
Under a common law jurisdiction it is, but most legal syste,s around the world
are not common law jurisdictions.
I have no idea what the law would be in Germany but I would not be at all
surprised to find in a country like China for instance that if a party to a
court tried an extrajudicial run-around like this the local representative could
end up in enormous trouble.
