The lawyer whose spouse represented Seagate may not have even been involved in
the case if she were, then she probably would not have mentioned the jury by
name, even if she discussed it with her husband. Probably the spouse only became
aware of it after Hogan began shooting his mouth off. I'd imagine that was so
unusual that it was a hot topic at Quinn Emanuel and around the dinner table,
even then it would not be usual to use his name but refer to him as a juror or
the jury foreman.
In the other hand I can't image that both legal teams didn't run a Name Search
to see what they could find out about the jurors and Hogan's first name is not
very common.
I am assuming since the Seagate lawyer is apparently male his spouse is probably
female, based on the odds.
