I don't understand your point. Hogan didn't mention the bankruptcy at all, so
obviously he didn't mention that it involved his wife, too. Samsung learned of
it by getting a LexisNexis report on him. Presumably, they were checking to see
if he had ever worked for Apple or a contractor for Apple or something like
that. The bankruptcy didn't concern them. If it had concerned them, they needed
to say something as soon as they learned of it, which was on the same day as the

I'm not at all sure that a bankruptcy has to be
mentioned in answer to that questions. It's not
litigation normally. The lawsuit with Seagate
was litigation, and the bankruptcy followed it,
so it became part of what he had to list. But
it's the Seagate litigation that he should have
