I'm not sure what the significance of "restricted" is, though. Judge
Koh said, "Neither of documents Samsung seeks to remove contains
information that is confidential or would otherwise cause harm if they remain
publically available."
It shouldn't cause any harm to say that there was a paragraph 9 and it does
support Apple's contention that Samsung knew about the bankruptcy during jury

What a mess.
We don't know that Velvin Hogan actually did lean towards Apple because
of the prior history, but I'm certain if Samsung had known they would not
have wanted him on the jury.
