The real decline is about 9% which is about par with decline in PC sales. The
other 13% is due to earnings from pre-booked Windows8 licences which they are
deferring to the next quarter. So expect a bounce in the next quarter's
results.

so you defer 1.26 billion the quarter before, then in your statement they made
500 million more then they did without the
1.36 but with that added in so in fact they :
humina = you know....
thislevel = humina-1.36
new level =thislevel +1.36= thislevel+.5
down .86 of a real loss of 860 million over two quarters.

Defer now, report later... it keeps the decline less noticable than the sudden
drop off the cliff.
But the edge of the cliff is one week away, so set the altimeter. Methinks it
