The statements saying devices infringe seem to be
32. The
Continuum SCH-I400 infringes claims 1-4 and 8 of the '501 patent.
33. The
Transform SPM-M920; Acclaim SCH-R880; Epic 4G SPH-D700; Indulge SCH-R910;
Indulge SCH-R915; and Intercept SPH-M910 infring claims 1 and 2 of the '501
patent
However farther down we have
40. The '501
Design Around Product does not infring claims 1-4 and 8 of the '501
patent.
Other then that the only things that were against samsung
as far as I can tell where them saying certain patents weren't invalid. To me it
seems like this ruling was mostly in Samsung's favor but IANAL and I may be

The problem is, the ITC leans so strongly in
favor of owners, it only takes one product
