30% is far too low. GE used to say that they would be number one on two in a
market, or get out of it. You could be number three in some markets with 30%.

In the Automobile market in the 60's GM had almost 50% of the US market, but no
one seriously thought they had a monopoly because there were several effective
competitors.
Elevators for example have very few companies so the market is approximately
ThyssenKrupp 26%.
Otis 23%.
Schindler 15%.
Kone 12%
While ThyssenKrupp approaches your theoretical 30% no one familiar with ethe
market would ever think them dominant.
The market for railroad locomotives is similarly constrained in North America.
It is effectively GE with 70% and Caterpillar with 30%. Siemens supplies a few
from Europe. In this market I wouldn't bet against Cat which is one of the best
run companies in the word and acquired GM's railroad business as a part of GM's
bankruptcy.
