You are comparing apples to trampolines. If a company has a very small market
share then it is not reasonable to complain of their monopolistic practices.
It
sounds like you are unhappy with Apple's business model. That's fine. But just
because you don't like it is no reason for the government to step in and force
Apple to change their business model. You are free to buy elsewhere. If
someone violates the law in order to destroy Apple's business model then it is
reasonable for Apple to defend itself in court.
Apple's more recent bogus
patent attacks against Android are a horse of a different color. Your
implication that some FOSS advocates have been inconsistent when in reality it
is Apple's tactics that have radically changed is at best facile. If your
previous post was anything like this one I'm not surprised it got
deleted.
