Apple is between a rock and a hard place here. The problem is that simply
posting a notice on their website saying "we didn't copy Samsung"
would cause problems for them in other jurisdictions. The UK judge is requiring
them to post a statement that would have effects outside the UK.
Imagine if the US lawsuit happened first and Samsung was required to post that
they copied Apple, and then Samsung's post became a piece of evidence used in a
