Interesting point. However, is this something that the UK court need be
concerned about? Also if it is a concern is there an implication now that
_courts_ must reach a co-ordinated consensus irresepective of national, European

Then Samsung could rightly point out that that was simply the result of a
lawsuit and had no more bearing on this case then the fact that *Insert country

Targeting specific countries on a web page (to display info in the local tongue)
is routinely done by Google, Yahoo, youTube, Facebook, and a host of others.
Shouldn't be a problem to query for location and display where appropriate (if
juristictional boundries is an issue)
