It's very possible for a court to strip away the corporate veil and seek the
arrest and extradition of a foreign person. I don't see that happening here.
I do see the court now taking issue with Apple's non-compliance, and a greater
likelihood of now granting Samsung's original petition to the court for relief.
As well as a hefty fine, which Apple's lawyers have probably said is the worst
that could happen.
Although, I admit, an arrest warrant for one of Apple's top level officers might
