A reasonable response to that specific question, but I find it impossible to
imagine what the analog to that is in this situation.
It is clear that at the latest the found out about the jurors misconduct when
Samsung informed the court. They may have known earlier.
I guess the closest analog to that response that I can think of is "I don't
know when we found out, and it isn't documented.", but I'm not sure that
