You asked something that I wondered, which is why Samsung would file this if
they didn't have some sort of evidence in-hand. It seems to me as though any
jury selection discussion records might be privileged, especially with attorneys
involved. Please remediate my ignorance, but I would think that filing

No I don't get that feeling. The argument is a beauty as it
is. Either decision is a win for Samsung. If Apple knew,
shame on apple for not telling the court. If Apple didn't
