Linking ruled out. Must be on Home Page!!!

It was supposed to be displayed throughout the EU.
Apple has an arcane system of dns including a "euro" zone.
www.apple.com/xy/ where xy is the ISO-3166 two letter
country code, will give you a localised Apple home page.
Information on Cookie policy, Privacy, Copyright changes
with country and the links may or may not exist according
to each country's requirement. There is a pull-down menu
link at the bottom right of the page to select another country.
AFAICT the link to the judgement notice appears only on the UK page.

No. There's a lot of confusion about this.

The ORIGINAL order required it to appear on all EU pages.

The MODIFIED order after the Court of Appeals had its say was just the UK page.

Cheers,
Wol
