First: Sentence the highest level decision maker at UK Apple to time in Jail till the Site is corrected

I can't help wondering if Apple would respond by immediately firing said person. Snag is with UK/EU employment law they'd be taken to the cleaners for unfair dismissal.

While I think you have the order of actions wrong, I agree with the statement of
the problem:
It really all does depend on two factors:
1) How far Apple is willing to push the situation
2) How far the EU Courts are willing to go to enforce
their orders

My suspicion is that it would go to escalating fines. I will agree, however,
that consecutively jailing Apple regional top management personnel would get
quick action. So would suspending sales on Apple products, but I don't expect
that, either. But I doubt that anything would get as quick action as an daily
escalating percentage of income. Start it at 0.01% of their income (i.e., daily
income/day), and double it each day until the court decides that its orders have
been complied with. (Remember 2, 4, 8, 16, 64, 128... it won't take long to
surpass 100%. 10 days gets you up to 10.24%.) But that's not going to happen
either. The fines will be much more moderate.
