The words were true. A German court did so find... and was then vacated. A US
court did so find... just not about the same subject.

Fortunately the UK court seems not to have found itself bound to consider the
individual words and instead found that their effect was so misleading that it
was false.

I wish someone had noticed the 14px nose-thumb. Maybe they did and it wasn't
reported.
