I think you'd be careful not to give the impression that a US State
judgement applied across the USA, so perhaps the same consideration could be
applied when
discussing judgements within the United Kingdom.
In
this case the ruling is binding throughout the EU, so the judgement is as valid

Constitutionally, U.S. states are required to give full credit to each others'
judgments; so any kind of legal action rendered in one state is (at least
theoretically) enforceable in any other state.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
