Out of interest, would Samsung have to complain to the court
about the newspaper advert not recognising it was from Apple,
or would the court take up lack of compliance itself if it
felt that way?

Any guesses as to why Samsung hasn't complained to the judges
about the anonymity of the advertisement? How are readers
supposed to know it wasn't Samsung that posted that ad?

My Dad just told me he had seen a really strange "Samsung
advert" in the Guardian this week. His description matched
the Apple notice.

This week's version of the advert has added a line: "A notice issued by Apple Inc. pursuant to court ruling"
