I don't see how bias or platform figure in. The situation as I see it is that a
company ignored courts orders and they now are being pressed harder to comply,
with only very minor changes to the original order and no significant sanctions.
Although I have strong feelings against Apple, I don't see how this figures in.
Apple ignored courts orders, and they basically successfully gained a delay in
complying with the orders, in my view. It would be the same if Samsung, Google,
or any other company defied court orders and deadlines, only to be given the
chance to fix it weeks later with no real punishment.
