Where did you get such a notion?
Authored by: Gringo_ on Saturday, November 03 2012 @ 10:56 PM EDT
Since the dawn of time shrewd bartering has been going on, with bluffs
and counter bluffs, and secrecy. That's the way it is, and there is nothing
wrong with that. There is no such thing as some requirement for "open
markets".

The invisible hand of the marketplace is fallacy
Authored by: SpaceLifeForm on Monday, November 05 2012 @ 02:55 PM EST
It used to be true decades ago when you could walk
to multiple vendors and price shop.

The invisible hand was the collective price shopping
that the buyers exerted on the sellers.

Today, the invisible hand is the machinations by the
banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, MIC, and
some of the technology companies.

And it is *NOT* good for the buyer because as the
buyer you no longer have access to the real market
information needed to make an informed decision.

You are being MICROattacked, from various angles, in a SOFT manner.
