This order mentioned juror conduct only and specifically in the context of
Hogan's concealing information. It does not mention his other "self
admitted" misconduct.
Presumably that will be discussed at the hearing, but I though the omission
significant, see PJ's update.
As far as what Apple knew and when, I'm not sure that Samsung's reply to Apple's
opposition is really necessary. If the Judges wants to know, and it may not be
necessary if she finds Hogan mislead the court apple should be able to tell her
at the hearing, I would be very suspicious if the lead lawyers for Apple were
not able to provide that information on the spot.
