you want change the first thing in the name of democracy you
do is
limit campaign contributions to say 100$ per PERSON
ONLY.
It'd
be better to make that $100 per individual 'natural' person voter (ie a
human being - corporations as legal entities can be "persons" on the board of
directors of another company), they choosing without duress where their
contribution should go IF they choose to make one, and limit the
contributions of non-natural persons to $0.00 - be clearly specific
otherwise you'll get some juvenile lawyer somewhere finding a way for a
corporation to be able to contribute $000s, eg as a corporation it is the
embodiment of many natural people and so can contribute $100 for each one of
