Quoth the PJ:
Apple. Your brand is being ruined by misplaced
trust
in a losing super-aggressive legal strategy.
Emphasis
mine
Sad to say, it's NOT a losing strategy. It might be evil,
misguided, wrong, and ultimately (somewhere down the line)
self
defeating.
But so far, it's a WINNING strategy. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Why am I having the mental image of the judge taking a
(bitten)
apple, sticking it in a spit, and slowly roasting
and (lam)basting
it?
This latest hearing surfaced when we Brit's where getting
ready for
bonfire night.
Does Beloff baked, Apple roasted, Britons unscrewed compliment your mental
imagery?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I am not sure. Sticking the apple in the spit rather than the spit in the apple
is a bit unusual. I am not sure they even make spits big enough for that.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Judges talk to each other... and the UK is much smaller than
The US, so its likely they all know each other to some
degree.
Together with all the press on the disrespect apple has
shown the UK legal system it seems unlikely that Apple will
be shown much latitude in the UK courts when trying to
expound their "tap is a zero length swipe" theories.
Apple just made a whole countries legal system extremely
wary of them... and for what? Some hurt feelings? Man up
and get some nads Apple.
Cheers
