If it is deemed by the court to be considered false advertising, then I think
everyone in the industry that sells computers, tabs, phones, etc will have to
change the way that they advertise (which wouldn't be a bad thing. RE: Can
someone define "Unlimited Internet access", please?).
Personally, I think the guy is suing because he's mad that he bought a
sub-standard item hailed to be the next greatest thing. Maybe in that sense, it
could be construed to be false advertising as it probably wasn't advertised to
be an overpriced and overrated piece of dullery. :D

Glad there's still some willing to hold a megacorps feet to the fire. I swear
these companies are just like petulant children. You have to keep warning them,
