Apple's losing, even the top people must be thinking;
"we kinda won one battle for now, but the tide is /really/ turning against us, Hogan, you silly idiot! We lose every time we try funny stuff, judges are so mean! Why won't they let us do what we want to do!? The media is savaging us, they're so mean! The last survey we did said WE were the meanies! That's so unfair! People are noticing the patents we have to beat others with to make phones aren't actually worth as much as we thought they were, that mean USPO, they lied to us that we were special! Meanies!"

All this before the industry board is set up to handle all these things in a sensible manner, Apple must know they'd lose with people who know what this is all about. The Jury trials aren't going well for them. Now it's about digging in and delaying the inevitable.

Probably why their share price is starting to drift down, investors know that the free ride is over and they're going to have to work at it now. They almost got away with it too.

"Apple's goal has always been to find a mutual and transparent process to
resolve this dispute on terms that are fair, reasonable and
non-discriminatory..."

for a while now, and you still refuse to fold..."

so apple can still sue about their ridiculous patents?

so apple can still sue about their ridiculous patents? I mean aftr the FRAND
matters are settled that means nothing to their doings with their stupid
rectangle patents, correct?

How does that make sense to google? Shouldn't they have tried covering all
patents, not only FRAND?
