The Buddha is always shown clean shaven with his hair neatly tied up.
Arstechnica's photo at the top of the article shows the old testament
patriarch Stallman, even tho' he eschews credit as father of open source.

And if the Laws are left up to Corporations, that 15 year old will be brought
up on charges of patent infringement.
Why?
Simple: re-using old
thrown out junk means he didn't buy new products which equates to a loss of
profit for companies making competing products to what he has built and
therefore he has stolen from them.
Caveat: this is my humble opinion of
all the behavior I see coming from Corporations such as - and certainly not
limited to:
HP - apparently doesn't understand why pretending to be someone
else in order to acquire personal information they would not otherwise have
unless they went through proper Legal routes is wrong (or they used to not
understand under the previous leadership)
Sony BMG - apparently doesn't
understand why installing rootkit software and placing terms on consumers such
as "you will destroy the music cd you legally purchased if you move out of the
area you purchased it in and buy a new one" is wrong
Sony Entertainment
- apparently doesn't understand why hobbling a device someone has already
legally purchased is wrong
Apple - apparently doesn't understand why
someone did not "steal" their property when the Law has decreeed that they did
not
MS - apparently doesn't understand that when consumers say they -
they consumer - owns their - the consumer's - information that they decide to
move from MS because MS holds the consumer's information for ransom (vendor
lockin)
Gene Quinn - apparently doesn't understand the Supreme's
overrule the Federal Circuit (I say apparent but he's a Lawyer and in full
understanding of the relationships but has a vested interest for software
patents)
RIAA - apparently doesn't understand that unauthorized really
does not necessarily equate to illegal
I could go on with tons, tons more
examples. But I believe I've provide sufficient background to show how I
arrived at my conclusion of what the Corporations likely want to do to that 15
year old.
