It is rather amusing to see the word "fair" in the same
sentence as the practice of taking that multi-million patent for themselves,
while throwing the real creator of all that "preciousss IP" a dry bone of his
paycheck - isn't it? ;-)

"Not noticing" Linux these days is beyond idiocy, and these people
are anything but idiots - they are doing legal trickery for a living.
But
they cannot profit from independent developers, which simply do not have enough
money to spare for their services; so any means to diminish competitiveness of
those are fine by them. Bees won't fight against honey. :-)
