Viewing the US Supreme Court as being beneath the Federal Circuit such that
the Federal Circuit can over-ride what the Supreme's have ruled.
You call
that rational?
Especially given he was schooled in the Law. While those of
us who were not - who simply learned of the 3 branches of Government being the
Legislative, Judicial and Executive - learned that Supremes where the Highest
Court.
That's rational - to be schooled in Law and think the Federal Circuit
overrules the Supremes?
And better yet, saying the nasty things he did
about the Supreme's just because he didn't agree with them.
That's
rational?
I think we have a different definition of "rational". Here's
mine:
Based on or in accordance with reason or logic
He's rational -
sometimes. But it very much seems on the really important stuff (like whether
math is patentable subject matter) he very much prefers to be
irrational.
Just my humble opinion.
Valuable window into how he
thinks? Absolutely - but that doesn't automatically equate to being
rational.
